Michael Arga Yudika Tobing - Director of Business Development
He was born at Medan, March 9, 1989
He holds a Bachelor of Information System degree from Institut Teknologi Harapan Bangsa and Master of Business Administration degree from Institut Teknologi Bandung.
He began his career as an SAP FICO Consultant at PT Anabatic Technologies and had succeeded in delivering various SAP projects in many industrial sectors.
He was then further challenged to prove his skills in sales area at EQUINE Global; thus, he joined the company as a Business Development Manager. He has many experiences in various fields and industries such as Business Development, Sales, Account Management, and Marketing, including software and hardware management. He also received many awards during his career at PT Equine Global such as the Star Excellent Award 2015 and the Top Performer 2015.
Prior to establishing SOLMAN, he held the position of Head of Sales & Marketing Department at INGRC.
Muhammad Helmi Fanani - Director
He was born at Klaten, june 25, 1986
He is graduate of Universitas Islam Indonesia. Bachelor of Economy.
His career in IT field began in November 2008 as a Business Trainee Consultant at Mitra Integrasi Informatika (Metrodata Group). For two years, worked as an Application Consultant for products such as Infor Sunsystem and Oracle Business Suite. In March 2010, He was engaged in SAP system at Metrodata E Business and then in 2011, the SAP Team was spun-off to Soltius Indonesia with his last position as a Consultant. In 2012, joined Anabatic Technologies (TITAN Group) as a Section Head in SAP FICO area. Then, from 2013-2016, work with Equine Global as a Managing Consultant.
He also received an award such as The 2015 Equine Global Award and Top Performer from Equine Global.
